Job Summary The Sr. Manager, Social Media for Utility (work & safety category) is responsible for designing and implementing content and social media strategy for an assigned business category. This role plays a key part in sourcing, curating, and creating compelling content to drive audience engagement, increase traffic, and convert leads into loyal fans, content creators, and brand ambassadors. The Sr. Manager partners closely with Utility & Global marketing, eCommerce, Corporate Social Responsibility, and other cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to ensure social media strategies align with brand guidelines, messaging objectives, and company values.
