As a Business Operations Consultant at Itron, you will help scale a customer-centric, innovative technology organization serving Utilities & Energy clients. You’ll translate strategy into measurable operational plans, strengthen revenue assurance, and build forecasting capabilities that connect demand signals to delivery outcomes. This role partners across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Delivery/Implementation, Finance, and Operations to drive accountable execution and continuous improvement—authentically, collaboratively, and with agility. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead business unit operational planning by translating business operations goals into clear, measurable initiatives that improve predictable performance, service quality, and customer delivery in a Utilities & Energy technology environment.
