Department: 30020 AAH Good Hope - Nurses and MAs Float Pool Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, every other Thursday & Friday with varying schedule between 7:30 am - 5:30 pm and be willing to travel to multiple clinic locations within the covered region. $4.00 float differential provided. Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 As an RN you will help others live well - - Provides patient centered nursing care in an outpatient clinic according to established scope of practice guidelines and standards of care. Develops, coordinates and implements the patient plan of care in collaboration with the health care team. - Uses the nursing process to provide ongoing care (assess, plan, intervention, and evaluation). Recognizes and responds to changes in a patient's status and need for care. Determines priorities of patient care based on essential patient needs. - Provides triage and consultation to patient, family, and/or significant others according to protocol and organization guidelines.
