As an Event Planner, you’ll work closely with clients to understand and deliver on their meeting program goals. Working closely with your team, you’ll lead program planning from contract execution to final billing, while providing unparalleled levels of customer service on all travel programs. What You’ll Do: As this role is for a pharmaceutical client candidates will have a good understanding and knowledge of pharma compliance and the regulations that this industry is governed by Support multiple clients’ events: Effectively Plan and handle your workload and deliver outstanding service to the clients’ specification including working with research, event proposals, policies, negotiations, and management of suppliers Communicate confidently amongst peers to share standard procedures and with internal and external suppliers Coordination of all involved services (venues, accommodation, transportation, restaurant, tr...
