Job purpose: Responsible for delivering product and taking orders at customer's locations on a scheduled basis to ensure that the customers have the necessary inventory levels to operate their manufacturing or maintenance organizations. Essential Job Functions: - Delivery- Deliver product to our customers and stock it in the designated cabinets, shelves, etc. - Order Taking-Once product is put up, write stocking orders to replenish the customers inventory back to the desired levels determined by the customer or by learned consumption. - Cleanliness-Keep the areas where RBH products are stocked organized, clean and free of debris, relabel bins when necessary if any labels become damaged or unreadable. - Product Knowledge-Obtain the necessary knowledge to explain product features and benefits and understand the customer’s business and product applications. - Customer Relations-Maintain good rapport with the custo...
