TOGETHER, WE SAVE LIVES: OVERVIEW: Supports the administration of Human Resources processes and supports the Safariland Armor team. Ensure HR compliance with various federal and state regulations. Administer HR processes, policies, and procedures. Support internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, company policies, and other HR activities. KEY OBJECTIVES: ◦ Demonstrate urgency in meeting requests concerning benefits, compensation, HRIS system, recruiting, payroll, etc. - Support HR activities for Safariland Armor team, especially providing HR support for manufacturing and operations team - Support associate requests as needed - Support employee engagement and talent acquisition RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide support for HR initiatives and the delivery of HR services and processes - Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant - Support new employee orientation to engage new employees and assimilate them into the Company - Maintain HRIS and employee records - Coordinate and deliver training, such as interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions,...
