Currently seeking a mission-driven Strategic Operations Lead / Chief of Staff to support the Director of Expeditionary Warfare (OPNAV N95) . This is a high-visibility role requiring a rare blend of technical depth in amphibious ship design and the executive "soft skills" needed to navigate the Pentagon, the Navy Yard, and the White House. As the primary liaison for the Admiral, you will be the bridge between science and technology (S&T) initiatives and real-world fleet requirements. You will manage the "rhythm of the office," ensuring that data calls are precise, priorities are clear, and resource sponsors are aligned to deliver the next generation of amphibious capability.
