About the Role: We have a current opening for an FSQ Incoming Lab Manager and are actively reviewing applications. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Food Safety Quality Incoming Lab Manager to join our quality assurance team. This role is critical to ensure all incoming raw materials, ingredients, and packaging meet our stringent food safety and quality standards before entering production. Main Responsibilities: - Manage adaptation, roll-out, and monitoring of ingredients, WIP, and product aspects by interfacing with Group stakeholders - Supervise and train QA techs - Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incoming inspections - Follow, for Food Safety aspects, local authorities, certifications requirements and all the external companies’ specifications that have an impact on the Plant - Review and approve certificates of analysis (CoA) and supplier documentation - Investigate and document non-conformances; coordinate corrective actions with suppliers - Support the implementation of new production lines or the production of new product for the Plant to capture all possible point of attention on Food Safety aspects (e.g. new allerge...
