Job description

This position is responsible for ensuring a safe and orderly environment for the Event venue(s) at Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe. - Provide security at all promotional events sponsored by Harrah’s/Caesars Republic - Assists guests by giving directions and answering questions in a friendly and courteous manner. - Report/communicate all incidents/accidents at Harrah’s/Caesars Republic sponsored events. - Assists with crowd control as needed. - Checks identification (wrist bands and or lanyards and credentials) of guest to insure proper admittance and control at events. - Patrols the parking lot and garage by foot - Monitors and observes the parking lot and garage for disturbances, crimes, fire hazards, and undesirable persons and reports these issues to Security supervision. - Complete written statements as needed. - Controls and directs traffic as needed. - Ensures the delivery of great customer service - High school graduate or equivalent preferred - Previous special event background preferred - Must be 21 years of age or older. - Literacy and fluency in English - Computer literacy preferred - Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situat...
