Technology Specialist 1 Department: Diversified Businesses (DIV): Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Grand Prairie: Description: The Technology Specialist I, installs, repairs, upgrades, calibrates, and troubleshoots current and future technology products. In addition, this position trains customers on all levels of survey infrastructure products and machine technology. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development. Essential Functions: · Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission · Demonstrates technology products and recommends the best technology solutions for each customer application · Installs laser, Global Positioning System (GPS), and Universal Total Station (UTS) systems on all makes and models of heavy equipment and sets up correctional GPS sources, i.e., Base Stations, Internet Base Station Service (IBSS) or Virtual Ref...
