Line Cook Now hiring part time line cooks for catered events all over the Central Florida or Tampa areas. Work a flexible schedule based on your availability! Puff ‘n Stuff Catering has been Central Florida’s premier full-service, off-site catering and events company since 1980, and is now one of the largest of its kind in Florida serving the Orlando and Tampa areas. Key Responsibilities: - Prepared meals for events of various sizes - Interact with guests at chef attended buffet stations - Provide top-level customer service and proper etiquette when serving guests Required Qualifications: - Familiar with all cooking techniques including: grilling, roasting and baking for fish, steak, poultry and pork - Familiar with batch, quantity cooking, and proper heating, holding and plating techniques - Familiar with plated and buffet presentations - Be able to regularly lift, move, and carry up to 50lbs (each shift will begin with unloading necessary equipment for the day, and end with re-loading) - Reliable transportation to and from locations throughout Central Florida or Tampa - Must be okay with working in a non-smoking environment Preferred Qualifications: - Previous off-site catering e...
