ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Senior People Business Partner, you will act as a partner to key business leaders within the Go-to-Market or Product and Engineering organizations. Talon.One is a Berlin based Tech company with global reach. Your contributions as a Business Partner will have a direct impact on workforce strategies that will attract top talent, deepen engagement, and enhance overall performance, aligning People & Culture initiatives seamlessly with our business goals. This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany. ABOUT THE TEAM: Be part of a global (and truly international) People & Culture team, comprising 13 members from 11 different countries. We actively support over 300 Taloners across EMEA, AMER and APAC. Our focus spans People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Management, and People Business Partnering, all aimed at sparking inspiration among candidates, employees, and alumni.
