Job Description Summary: POSITION OBJECTIVE: The E-commerce Data Insights & Fraud Analyst will play a key role in driving data-informed decisions that optimize online sales performance, enhance the customer experience, and ensure a secure ecommerce environment. This position will focus primarily on e-commerce analytics by leveraging tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Power BI, FullStory, and other reporting platforms to generate insights that influence strategic decisions within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) ecosystem.
