Job Description: La figura avrà un ruolo centrale nel garantire il corretto svolgimento dei viaggi, intervenendo in caso di anomalie e assicurando il coordinamento tra autisti e pianificazione. In particolare, si occuperà di: Monitoraggio dei viaggi in corso, con verifica di percorsi, tempistiche e rispetto delle normative sulle ore di guida Gestione delle problematiche durante il trasporto, con interventi tempestivi per la risoluzione Contatto diretto con gli autisti per supporto operativo Comunicazione al Planner di eventuali criticità legate a carico e scarico Collaborazione con il team traffico per garantire continuità ed e...
