Job description
Job Details The Physician in the Division of Supportive Oncology serves as a key clinical member of an interprofessional team dedicated to the comprehensive supportive care of patients with cancer. Reporting directly to the Enterprise Director of Supportive Oncology, this physician will provide expert clinical care in palliative medicine and supportive oncology within the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center (SKCCC) enterprise. The successful candidate will contribute to the division's clinical, research, and educational mission while working collaboratively with hematology/oncology colleagues, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), nursing, and other interprofessional staff across Jefferson Health sites with the primary site being in New Jersey locations. Job Description: Education & Licensure: - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution - Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Anesthesiology, Neurology, or a related applicable specialty - Subspecialty fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) from an ACGME-accredited program — required - Board certification or board eligibili...
