Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Manage multiple aspects of client expectations, team communication, project production, and oversight of consultant coordination - Monitor and manage team performance to support project schedules and budgets. - Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to team members. - Interface with city planning and design review process, - Resolve complex technical and design issues with the team to produce innovative technical/constructable solutions - Production of drawings and specification coordination - Oversight and delivery of documents with design intent and exceptional technical quality - Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project - Construction administration tasks, including processing of submittals/substitution requests, RFI’s, and field reports - Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture (required). - Master’s degree in Architecture (preferred) - Licensed...
