The Opportunity: We’re seeking a capable Service Desk Engineer – Managed Services to support our diverse client base within a structured, SLA-driven environment. In this role, you’ll confidently manage first-line and developing Level 2 technical issues across Microsoft environments while collaborating closely with senior engineers for escalation and guidance. You’ll contribute to proactive service delivery, strong documentation practices, and a positive customer experience.
