Job Title: Weekend Occupational Therapy Assistant – In-Home Care Model Company: Home Health Care, Inc. Schedule: Weekend Visits (Flexible Every/Every Other Weekend) Pay: $42 - $46 per visit. As a COTA with Home Health Care, Inc., you’ll guide clients on their path to independence from the comfort of their homes while benefiting from a supportive OT-led structure. Duties: Facilitate daily living skills, mobility routines, and therapy-based activities under OT direction. Provide coaching and home exercise instruction to clients and caregivers. Record all visit data and patient insights to aid the clinical team’s planning. Collaborate with other disciplines for integrated care. Skills: Current Minnesota COTA license.
