Right now, we need to strengthen our R&D team in Milton Keynes with a Sustaining Engineer who will play a key role in maintaining our existing portfolio and ensuring our products remain in production despite the challenges of a changing global landscape. What you’ll do: As a Sustaining Engineer, you are the guardian of our existing product line. You will handle the intricate challenges that come with long product lifetimes, from identifying alternative components when availability shifts to evaluating updates for new compliance requirements. Your work bridges the gap between initial design and long-term manufacturing, ensuring that Marshall products continue to reach our fans without interruption.
