Job Summary: Assistant Officer – Regional HR is responsible for supporting and coordinating the recruitment processes across Regional Centers, managing vendor relationships, overseeing contract management, and delivering exceptional employee services. The role requires a high level of proficiency in administrative functions and offers substantial support to the HR team in executing departmental objectives. The candidate must be eligible to work in United States. Key Responsibilities: - Assist to execute and process all work relating to employment and employees' procedures and Services. - Coordination and communication of special company-wide projects and events. - Handle and respond to all AJMN staff’s inquiries within the region. - Maintain and update HR records/files and all employee data with recruitment, employees' services. - Help to prepare recruitment statistics, reports and surveys within the region. - Help to prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends for management. - Complete social and health insurance, personal accident insurance or other insurance benefits for employees every month upon case-by-case basis. - Reconcile vendor HR se...
