Job description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Develop and execute on a strategic roadmap for the technology platforms for the Consumer and Small Business segment of the bank - Oversee the development and management of origination and online banking platforms (internal and third party), to drive competitive data-driven onboarding and digital banking experiences - Partner with data engineering and data science teams to drive integration between operational and analytical platforms to enable AI-driven customer experiences and deep customer insights - Manage loan origination systems, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency to reduce friction in the loan origination process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, technology, data-analytics, risk/compliance, information security to ensure cohesive and integrated platform solutions - Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, prioritizing user experiences and customer satisfaction - Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance team performance and growth - Stay abreast of industry trends and actively use bench...
