Senior Analyst - Sales Incentives & Performance Role location: home based from the UK We’re looking for a Senior Analyst – Sales Incentives & Performance to join our Commercial Development & Insights team. In this role, you will be at the centre of our EMEAC commercial engine, designing and analysing sales incentive plans, quotas, territories and performance reporting. Partnering closely with Sales, Commercial Finance, Analytics and Marketing, you’ll ensure our sales teams are motivated, rewarded fairly and equipped with the insights they need to deliver exceptional results. By combining robust quantitative analysis with strong commercial judgement and stakeholder collaboration, you will help optimise sales performance, safeguard the integrity of incentive spend and support our broader growth ambitions across the EMEAC region.
