Physical Plant Services (PPS) supports the educational and public service programs of Fort Lewis College through the delivery of effective operational support, maintenance services and the management of the College’s facilities construction program. Services are provided by the Service Center, Custodial Services, Electrical Systems Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Mechanical Systems Maintenance, Structural Maintenance, LTC (Labor, Trades and Crafts) general labor services, and Planning, Design & Construction work units.
