Direct Investing Funds - Assistant Vice President / Vice President

Job description

This is a hands‑on operational role with end‑to‑end responsibility for Direct (Evergreen) funds and fund sponsors, working closely with third‑party administrators to oversee fund accounting and investor reporting, including capital activity, financial statements, audits, and tax deliverables, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The role operates within the dynamics of UCI PT2 structures, supporting product enhancements such as hedged share classes, and therefore benefits from an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in product innovation. Responsibilities: - Partner with third‑party administrators to ensure timely completion of monthly valuations, accurate general ledger entries, and investment valuations in accordance with fair value accounting principles. - Review fund expenses and accruals against approved annual budgets, identify variances or outliers, and propose appropriate adjustments. - Review investor allocations to ensure profits, losses, and fees are calculated in accordance with partnership operating agreements. - Review and oversee hedged share classes, including related calculations and reporting impacts. - Review and approve monthly investor capital a...
