The SZC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project. #SZCJobs NEC ECC Supervisor (Sizewell C) Morson Sizewell C Main Duties: Monitor Contractor performance to ensure compliance with the Works Information and NEC3 contract terms. Issue Defect Notifications and manage the Defects Correction process. Review and accept material approval requests prior to delivery to site. Chair regular Quality Meetings addressing non-conformances and contractual defects. Liaise with County Council inspectors to fulfil obligations under S278 agreements. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations report unsafe practices or conditions. Maintain detailed daily inspection and site activity records. Witness and verify testing and commissioning activities. Operate within CEMAR, Field View, and SharePoint systems. Coordinate with Quality teams and ensure reporting into project Quality Management Systems. Maintain effective communication with the Contractor's site team, Project Manager, and key stakeholders.
