Become a part of our caring community The Community Engagement Professional cultivates relationships in the community through advocacy programs, community events, active engagement and strategic initiatives. The Community Engagement Professional's work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. This position is a combination remote work at home and field facing position that requires about 50-75% travel in surrounding Florida counties with a primary focus on Leon, Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Gulf and Gadsden counties. The Community Engagement Professional builds visibility and credibility of Humana Healthy Horizons throughout the community via events, partnerships and c-suite interactions. Strategizes methods to scale communities and drive greater connections to impact health outcomes and increase brand visibility. Engages community members, nonprofits, FQHCs and faith-based organizations. Interprets public health and membership data to implement department strategy and company initiatives.
