Mitigation Manager

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Manager to lead daily mitigation operations, oversee staff and job flow, and ensure compliance, quality, and an excellent client experience. This role serves as the operational leader for mitigation projects from intake through audit handoff. Key Responsibilities: - Vet and approve all incoming mitigation projects - Support field staff - Manage Large loss - Schedule, assign, and oversee mitigation teams and job flow - Manage Project Managers, Foremen, Technicians, and Coordinators - Resolve job site issues and act as escalation point - Coordinate subcontractors and approve vendors as needed - Monitor customer and TPA communication for compliance and service quality - Conduct first round file audits and track errors for performance reporting - Manage mitigation vehicle fleet and order project materials - Serve as OSHA safety compliance officer - Interview and hire mitigation staff - Conduct client experience follow up calls - Review and approve mitigation job expenditures - Review time cards - Perform other related duties as required Qualifications: DRYmedic® Restoration Services is a team of experienced disaster restoration professionals.
