IMEG is hiring an Information Technology Department Coordinator in Rock Island, Illinois, to support the smooth and efficient operations of the Information Technology Department. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, maintain records, and help facilitate effective communication within the department and with external stakeholders. You will also contribute to department productivity through strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach to day-to-day support. Principal Responsibilities: - Communicate with vendors and process invoice payments - Order supplies and coordinate delivery across multiple offices - Coordinate department functions, meetings, and events - Arrange travel and prepare expense reports - Manage Information Technology communication inside and outside of the department - Support and audit Information Technology department processing, including but not limited to onboarding employees, responding to tickets, and addressing other IMEG needs Required Qualifications and Skills: This position is not eligible for sponsorship. - High School Diploma Required - Associate’s Degree, or higher, preferred - Minimum 10 years of experi...
