What Drives Success The Physical Security Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and executing Lennox’s enterprise asset security strategy to protect company facilities, physical assets, and personnel. This role provides strategic direction and operational oversight of security programs, ensuring alignment with corporate risk management objectives, regulatory requirements, and business continuity priorities. Working closely with Operations, Real Estate, Facilities, EHS, HR, IT, and external security partners, the Physical Security Manager translates risk assessments into practical, scalable physical security solutions that support business operations while maintaining compliance, consistency, and cost effectiveness.
