The Oskaloosa plants include iron and brass foundries, a machine shop, assembly, finished goods warehousing, shipping and administrative offices. Purpose: The Engineering Manufacturing Technician actively partners with the business to provide expertise in driving manufacturing excellence through support and execution. Core Functions of Position: Technical Support (50%): Performs scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on specialty equipment at the Metal Casting Facility. This includes mullers, plant robotics, generators, Disamatch, infrared inspections and electrical controls upkeep. Assists vendors and contractors on scheduled maintenance repairs and builds knowledge base for ownership in the future.
