Position Overview The Senior Manager, Corporate Real Estate is a key strategic leader responsible for managing and optimizing Regal Rexnord’s global real estate portfolio of 200+ owned and leased properties. This role partners closely with senior leadership to develop and execute short‑ and long‑term real estate strategies that support business growth and operational needs. Responsibilities include site selection, relocations, lease renewals, closures, and disposition of surplus assets, as well as market research and financial analysis. The role also oversees broker relationships, landlord negotiations, and the legal and construction processes required for real estate transactions. Support: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including members of the executive and senior leadership teams. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with external partners, including real estate brokers, developers, property owners, landlords, attorneys, architects, and local government officials.
