Job description

We are seeking a passionate and analytical working student to join our Commercial AI Excellence team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in identifying, developing, and scaling AI use cases within our commercial operations. - Support the Commercial AI Excellence team in planning, coordinating, and executing AI initiatives - Maintain project governance by updating and organizing program plans, action lists and decision logs - Assist in status reporting and KPI tracking, creating clear and concise updates using PowerPoint and Excel - Manage project documentation, ensuring organized and accessible files and templates - Support stakeholder communication by creating informative materials, newsletters and intranet articles - Contribute to enablement and adoption activities, developing training plans and materials - Take ownership of assigned topics, working independently while coordinating with the team - Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations, including workshop preparation and meeting documentation and stay updated on AI/digital trends and best practices and share insights with the team - Enrolled Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration,...
