The Role: As the Real Estate Data Center Site Lead you will provide critical leadership and be responsible for the day-to-day operations, management, and optimization of assigned sites. You will ensure facilities are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with organizational and customer objectives, while delivering a high-quality employee and operational experience. As the Site Lead you will serve as the primary customer relationship owner at the site level and act as the first point of escalation for operational, facilities, and incident-related matters. You will report into the Regional/Territory Leads and work closely with regional, global, and site stakeholders.
