Job Title Senior Financial Analyst, Capital Markets Job Description Summary: The Capital Markets Senior Financial Analyst (“CMFA”) will support transactions generated by Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment Sales brokerage services across multiple product types, with a concentration in office valuation analyses. Senior Analysts will primarily perform the more complex financial analysis activities of pricing, Excel valuation model creation, Argus Enterprise model creation and auditing, lease abstraction, due diligence collection and review, and will be responsible for translating analysis findings into high-level summaries for our Capital Market brokers. The ideal candidate will be based in Washington DC, and available to work on-site in a local Cushman & Wakefield office. Team members may be expected to travel and work outside normal operating hours depending on the product type and markets they service and to meet project deadlines.
