Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Business Unit COS Manager located remotely, preferably close to one of our EPS manufacturing plants. Job Summary: The COS Improvement Engineer is the primary COS resource for continuous improvement efforts in Carlisle Units. This individual will work closely with senior business unit leaders, plant leadership teams and local COS resources to assist with all aspects of their continuous improvement program. This is a highly visible position and requires a broad-based knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Carlisle businesses and the ability to effectively influence at all levels of the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinate the overall business unit COS journey to establish a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement and the delivery of business unit financial and operations goals.
