Overview: The Public Safety & Transportation Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and logistical coordination support to the Public Safety & Transportation Department at the Miami Beach Convention Center and City Center Campus. This role supports daily department operations, event readiness, transportation logistics, safety documentation, and interdepartmental coordination. The Coordinator works closely with department leadership to track action items, maintain documentation, support event logistics and operational readiness, and help ensure effective communication across internal teams, vendors, and City partners.
