Part-Time Therapist (Adult Outpatient Program)

GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a clinical position where the incumbent is held to high professional standards. The person occupying this position will provide individual, family and/or group therapy sessions to assigned consumers on a case load; provide case management as needed and provide detailed documentations of all clinical activities. The individual is to be supervised by the Program Director. The individual will be assigned the more difficult cases. ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS: 1. Completes bio-psychological assessments for the assigned consumer(s). 2. Develops comprehensive treatment plans that are goal directed, measurable, and achievable. 3. Provides individual/family and/or group therapy sessions to assigned consumers based on weekly productivity requirements. 4. Evaluates individual consumer needs, interests and response to treatment. 5. When applicable, recommends and makes appropriate referrals to programs within and outside the Agency; completes all program documentation forms including incident reports. 6.
