The Role: We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded, high‑performing, sales‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow revenue across the North America East territory. You will own the regional sales strategy, drive execution against ambitious targets, and lead a team of sales professionals to consistently deliver results. Combining strong commercial acumen with a coaching mindset, you will play a critical role in expanding AM’s footprint across new and existing customers. What we are looking for - Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within academic publishing, digital resources or a related sector. Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, forecasting and strategic planning skills. A consultative, customer‑focused approach with strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Confident operating in complex, consultative sales environments with multiple stakeholders.
