As part of our central planning team, you’ll play a critical role shaping how healthcare and skincare brands connect with audiences—driving measurable impact at both regional and local levels. As Planning Executive Director, you’ll lead regional media planning for Beiersdorf’s Dermatological and Healthcare portfolio, overseeing strategy development and execution across European markets. You’ll manage and mentor a team of Planning Directors, driving high performance, collaboration, and continuous growth. You’ll develop integrated, data‑led strategies across digital, traditional, and emerging channels (including CTV, BVOD, and AI‑enabled solutions), ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs. As a senior client partner, you’ll build trusted relationships, provide strategic guidance, and translate market insights into impactful planning recommendations.
