At Factorial, we’re looking for a Finance & Payroll Consultant for the Portuguese Market (based in Barcelona or Madrid, with focus on Portugal) to ensure our clients get a world-class optimisation experience across both our Compensation and Finance Management solutions. Your mission is to deeply understand their processes, ensure a smooth transition to our tools, and help them achieve maximum efficiency in payroll operations, expense management, and finance workflows. You’ll join a growing multicultural consulting team across Payroll, Finance, and Talent—helping us scale the Portuguese market and shaping service packages that drive real, long-term value. As a key subject-matter expert, you will provide strategic support to internal teams, implementation partners, and clients.
