Responsibilities Sentinel Technologies is seeking a Tier 1/Tier 2 Help Desk Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a mixed office and production floor manufacturing environment. This role will support end users, deploy and maintain hardware, and assist with daily IT operations across an enterprise infrastructure that includes Cisco and Juniper networking, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with in-person onsite support, hardware troubleshooting, and working in a regulated environment. This position is a full time contract-to-hire role fully onsite in Traverse City, Michigan.
