Department: 11903 AMC Kenosha - Food and Nutrition Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Work Hours: Hours will vary between AM and PM shifts based on departmental needs. For the first month, the schedule will primarily be a PM shift from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. After the initial month, hours will be determined based on operational needs, employee requests, and coverage requirements. The AM Lead shift is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. This position requires availability for every other weekend, holidays, and coverage as needed regardless of weather conditions. Pay Range: $20.80 - $31.20 Major Responsibilities: - Acts as a resource to employees and students, which includes training/orienting and providing day-to-day work direction. Assigns, monitors, and reviews progress and accuracy of work. Monitors productivity, maintains appropriate staffing levels, directs efforts and provides guidance on more complex issues. - Assists with human resource responsibilities, which may include interviewing and selection of new employees, staff development, resolution of employee concerns, and employee morale.
