About the Role (Catering Assistant): We are seeking Catering Assistants for a Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) role based in Cabramurra, NSW. Roster: 7 days on / 7 days off Shift Length: 11.5-hour shifts: Start Date: May 2026: In this hands-on role, you’ll assist with daily bistro and bar operations while helping maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service. Duties will include food preparation, meal service, kitchen hand tasks, cleaning, and supporting front-of-house operations.
