We are working closely with local authority in Slough to assist with the appointment of a Senior Tenancy Relations Officer , on a 6.5-months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £23.51- £31.00 per hour Summary: The Senior Tenancy Relations Officer will play a key role within the Housing Regulation service, working in partnership with Housing Demand services to regulate and improve standards within the private rented sector, prevent homelessness, and promote lawful and sustainable housing outcomes. The role will focus on tenancy relations, housing enforcement, landlord and tenant compliance, and robust application of housing legislation to address unlawful practices and tenancy-related disputes.
