Celyn Vets is hiring for a Director of Practice on a fixed term basis. Due to our Director of Practice going on maternity leave later this year, we are offering a rare opportunity for a dedicated and people focused individual to join Celyn Vet Group as our new Director of Practice. This is a largely site based, people facing role covering all three branches in Holywell, Prestatyn and Abergele. Your main base will be at Holywell, where our operations and surgical facilities are located. The remaining two sites are primarily consulting branches. About The Role You will have overall line management responsibility for approximately 15 team members, making leadership, communication, and relationship building central to your success. You will also have the support of our Head Nurse and Senior Veterinary Surgeon as part of the management team. .Working closely with the Senior Vet, Head RVN and IVC Central Support teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the practice while enhancing both team and client experience.
