Site Supply Chain Manager, Wollaston

Job description

As our new Site Supply Chain Manager, you will lead and coordinate all supply chain activities at our Wollaston site, working closely with site teams and group functions to ensure an efficient, customer-focused operation. You will take ownership of S&OE activities, support the deployment of S&OP processes, and oversee customer service, shipping, transport and internal logistics performance. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and contributing to the delivery of the Group P&L through strong supply chain performance, continuous improvement and ownership of key supply chain KPIs. Some of your key responsibilities: Lead and execute the site supply chain strategy, ensuring compliance with EHS, SOX and business conduct policies while aligning operational priorities with wider business objectives. Drive the S&OE and S&OP processes, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, logistics, procurement and finance to deliver accurate forecasts, balanced supply plans and effective decision-making.
