INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR RECRUITER – SEA059: Daily Responsibilities: - Travel to assigned markets to conduct in-person recruitment and driver engagement. - Work closely with Recruiting Coordinator (RC) to advance candidates through the recruiting process (from applicants through onboarding). - Act as the primary recruiter and engagement lead for assigned markets. - Collaborate with Operations Managers, Safety, and Ambassadors on local driver engagement actions. - Document local observations: driver sentiment, competitor updates, referral activity, and forecasted staffing needs. - Provide weekly market engagement reporting (driver outreach, referrals, appreciation events, onboarding status, retention trends). - Drive in-market recruiting efforts through direct driver outreach, on-site visit...
