The Role: We are seeking a Support Worker based at our Serenity Lodge site in Rockingham to provide support and guidance to residents within the low medical withdrawal unit. This position requires maintaining an active, supportive presence within the unit to promote a safe and recovery-oriented environment. The Support Worker is responsible for delivering both practical support and case management to residents undergoing withdrawal from alcohol and other drugs. This includes working collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement appropriate treatment plans, facilitate referrals to external services, and assist in structured exit and aftercare plans to support residents in maintaining their recovery goals post-discharge.
