As a seasoned Investment Banking professional, you’ll have experience driving new business origination efforts, leading the execution of transactions, and developing strong relationships with clients. Job Responsibilities: - Work on transactions across the spectrum of our banking products, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and equity capital and debt capital raises. - Act as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals with a focus on Australia, while also having the opportunity to work on global cross-border deals involving Australian clients. - Review and coordinate the analytical work of junior bankers to move the marketing/execution process forward. - Refine marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact and oversee the creation of financial models....
