The role operates within a developing platform and works closely with internal partners across Venture, Fund, and Investment Banking. The Associate contributes across all phases of project finance transactions, including financial and commercial due diligence, modeling and analysis, transaction structuring and execution, and ongoing portfolio oversight. The position involves regular interaction with senior stakeholders and plays a role in supporting the growth and evolution of the Project Finance platform. The role requires strong technical project finance skills, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
